Apartment renovation landing in Poland — dark interior photography and cost calculator
Context
A landing for apartment renovation in Poland, premium segment — owners of 60 m²+ apartments with a budget from 80,000 zł who want a precise build of their design with no surprises. The niche problem: nearly every site looks the same — light palette, medical blue, stock crews in uniforms. A premium client reads that visual as a "budget contractor" and doesn't remember the firm. Perception had to change on the first screen: this is a service for apartments with a design project, not a generic renovation.
The solution
A dark palette — deep black background and a warm wood accent: "premium interior" at once, not "construction company". Photo first — a full-screen hero with a real expensive interior, text subordinate to the image. The cost calculator sits on the first screen, before the form: the client sees a ballpark figure right away and doesn't call to "ask how much". Three packages (cosmetic / full / architect-designed) — not one (too generic) and not five (overload): you find yours fast.
The outcome
A single-page site in pure HTML/CSS with a little JS (calculator, scroll animations), no frameworks — important for an audience opening the site on their phone between tasks. A renovation-company site that doesn't look like one: the premium audience reads the level from the tone, and the calculator removes the first barrier — "what will this cost" — before any contact.
